I'm new, too, so I promise I'll read the whole tread soon, but now I just want to say: Stella is my fav TV character ever (well, she and Lisa Cuddy, but it's not the right topic ). I love her strenght and courage. She's extremely wise and funny in the same time - it's brilliant! And just so you know, dear writers, you should be dying to stop her before leaving the show. You even don't know what you're loosing. |

And I agree with everyone. CSI:NY is going to suck without Stella Bonasera. I refuse to watch it anymore. If I were the writers I would be fighting to keep her as well. Melina makes the show.

I have been reading the mail on here about Csi Ny that Stella will be gone?? when did this all happen i thought she would be back for sure.

It happened this summer I guess. Out of nowhere we got the news that Melina isn't coming back for the seventh season. And she's already been replaced by Sela Ward. No word yet if she's coming back for an episode in the future, but I highly doubt it.
