This is the English translation I got from my Greek friend Katy _____
Melina: do you want to speak Greek?
journalist: can you speak Greek?
Melina: I can’t speak it very well but I try to
journalist: great! how was your night tonight?
Melina: let's tell it was the greatest evening for the Greek Americans which I can't even imagine and we are so proud not only for those who won something but everyone here cause we have in our hearts and in our souls the love of Greece here in America and I want so much, I’m the second generation, my grandparents came here and that's why I don't speak so good the Greek language but I have to say..
Journalist: you speak the language great, sorry for interrupting
melina: yeah...? thank you

Melina speaks Greek wonderfully!!! I mean you can totally understand what she's saying and it's only natural for her to have an accent since she's been leaving in the US all of her life!I'm totally proud of her for being able to speak the language which is more I have to say about other Greek-Americans who do not even know a single word! Bravo Melina.
